Processing Services - Bronze Package
Our Bronze package is perfect for loan officers who want to be involved in the loan process, but want to eliminate the extra paperwork so they can focus on the sales floor.
Submission through funding.
We will complete the following:
- Submit the loan to the underwriting
- Order Title and Escrow documents
- Order Appraisal
- Order VOE
- 24-48 hour turn time on status updates
- Communicate with the underwriter regarding questions on the loan approval
- Communicate with the client on a daily basis regarding the approval status
- Request any and all additional documents from the client requested from underwriting
- Get the file to CTC and help coordinate closing with escrow
The loan officer is responsible for collecting initial conditions, registering the loan, and sending out initial disclosures. Initial conditions include the client's Mortgage statement, Homeowners insurance, bank statements, Income documents, and HOA Bill.
Processing Services - Gold Package
Our Gold Package package is perfect for loan officers who want to get the sale in and leave the additional paperwork and data entry to us.
Registration through funding.
We will complete the following:
- Registering the loan
- Sending out Initial Disclosures
- Submit the loan to the underwriting
- Order Title and Escrow documents
- Order Appraisal
- Order VOE
- 24-48 hour turn time on status updates
- Communicate with the underwriter regarding questions on the loan approval
- Communicate with the client on a daily basis regarding the approval status
- Request any and all additional documents from the client
- Get the file to CTC and help coordinate closing with escrow
