Meet Danielle

Hello! My name is Danielle Warburton. I have worked in the finance industry since 2015. In 2020, right before the refi Covid boom, I started processing for a brokerage and fell in love with the career. I shortly became top 3 in the company for the processing division. In October of 2022, I decided to take a leap of faith and test out the independent model. Many of my colleagues thought I was insane because the market had shifted with rate increases, but I figured if I can be successful in this market, I can be successful in any market. I kept thinking - Fear of failure is also fear of success. Mortgage has been in my blood since I was 22 and I can't imagine doing anything else as a career, good market or bad. I love building relationships with loan officers and clients. This career definitely keeps me on my toes as there is always something new to learn. Processing is like putting a puzzle together. Every loan scenario is different and its about how you put all the pieces together to complete the puzzle for the CTC!!
